Open from 5pm, The Cobbler is the perfect place to unwind after a long day and enjoy our signature cocktails, a carefully selected glass of wine and refined bites, all with a view over the city. Our team is guided and trained by Ruben Patoor, working with the latest flavours, trends and techniques. In doing so, we continue to measure ourselves against the international top of the cocktail world.
